Big birthday party today for our friend Sam :)
A bunch of kids (many of them also 4-year-olds) + lots 'o sports equipment/toys = FUN!
Another parent started the trend, and the other kids caught on quick and were begging their parents to do the same. Kid sits on the rolling cart....parent pulls and swings them around by holding the hula hoop. Graham couldn't get enough of it!
Hockey was pretty fun too :)
Sam got the candles blown out, and the kids all stopped to have cake. Graham turned to me while we were eating and said, "This cake is so good!" - I told him to be sure to tell Miss Kara since she made it from scratch....and he got right up and went to tell her :) YUMMY cake Miss Kara!
Sam started to quietly open one of his presents, and within seconds the scene was like this....
During clean-up I found Kara checking out some of Sam's gifts.....
She's much like a super hero for pulling off another great birthday party!
